Seeing your diabetes educator in the same clinic as your GP keeps your care plan, results and reviews coordinated in one place.

A diabetes education session can help with:

• Blood glucose monitoring

• Medication and insulin guidance

• Healthy eating and lifestyle changes

All patients on EPC/GP Management Plans are currently bulk billed. Fees are payable on the day of consultation for all private patients.
